Job Description

  • Consolidate and generate daily sales data.
  • Generate and submit reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) for respective departments.
  • Consolidate data and manage Power BI Dashboard Report.
  • Prepare and upload data into database and systems.
  • Support internal users to be able to run smoothly systems / applications.
  • Planning, developing and implementing IT projects using MS SQL, Excel VBA.

 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Certificate is a plus in related field (MS Power BI / Others)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Must have senior level knowledge of MS SQL and ETL
  • Must have good knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, Macro and power-point
  • Good communicate skills with internal departments in nationwide
  • Ability to work under pressure and targets
  • Ability to improve the team member skill and competency.

Job Description

Job Purpose

 

  • Job scope is to provide assistance to the CPO and HR managers in HR recruitments and HR operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assisting in the recruitment process; drafting of vacancy notices, preparing candidate review tables, short listing of candidates, arranging interviews, compiling interview feedbacks, etc.
  2. Coordinating with head hunters, providing support in Job Fairs.
  3. Coordinating and arranging Induction/ Orientation/ Refresher training programs.
  4. Liaising with labour and other government offices, checking that social security benefits and labour contracts are submitted in a time manager and that local rules and regulations are followed.
  5. Conducting organization wide needs assessment and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  6. Producing HR reports and verification of data; head count, turnover etc.
  7. Assisting in any other duties as assigned by CPO.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirement

  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. Certified HR trainings
  3. Minimum 5 years working experience in HR field
  4. Understanding of relevant HR legislation, policies and procedures
